It is nice when your car needs to be taken in for maintenance, that there is an option for replacement transportation. We offer you this service. We find this service very important for our customers as well. Unfortunately, we are forced to implement adjusted rules. Below you will find the new conditions that will apply from now on.
Change in policy regarding the use of replacement transport
Custom terms for the use of replacement transport:
The car will be delivered with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank of fuel.
If the car is not refueled, a surcharge of € 0.15 per kilometer and a one-time administrative fee of € 7.50 will apply.
The deductible for any damage is € 750,- per event.
The user is liable for traffic violations and other damage not covered by insurance.
Smoking is not permitted.
Transporting pets is not allowed.
Extension of the loan period of the replacement vehicle due to unforeseen work can only be done in consultation, if available, at the same applicable rate.
Return the vehicle clean and tidy; if the vehicle is not returned clean, a cleaning fee of € 50,- will be charged.
Rates for using a loan car:
During maintenance and/or repair, a fee of € 45,- (excl. VAT) per day will be charged.
