Damage

If you have damage to your American car, you want this to be resolved carefully. At General Cars and Parts, we prefer to receive photos of minor damages via email or Whatsapp. For larger damages, we ask you to make an appointment for assessing the damage.

We will go through the damage with you and, if necessary, have an appraiser assess the damage. Once this report is known and we have received approval, we will make an effort to order the damaged parts. And if it involves paintwork, we work with our experienced partners to ensure this is restored as well as possible.

We are also familiar with the transport of a damaged car. You can have your damaged car transported to us.
